any of ya' live close to the upper end of exeter?

seriously, what has went on the past few nights there, we've had 2 fires there in 3 days ... thurs. and last night... just like 6 house's apart...

it's crazy... and the hydrants there suck ... 30 gallons a minute, our firetruck puts out 1k gallons a minute, just the truck alone...
